2-day Gourmet Weekend Retreat - Favorites for the Holidays

November 9: 5 hours, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm
November 10: 4 hours, from 12:00Noon to 4:00pm

We all like to prepare special dishes to enjoy with our family and friends for the holidays. We’ll feast on dishes such as Smoked Salmon Roulade; Citrus-Fennel Salad; Brined Pork Loin with Polenta Stuffing; Sauteed Greens; Warm Chocolate Soufflé and many more recipes you will want to add to your holiday menu.

Your Gourmet Weekend Retreat begins Friday afternoon in the kitchen where we prepare our multi-course meal using recipes that incorporate a variety of cooking techniques. Saturday you will prepare and enjoy a delicious lunch before your departure in the afternoon.

The class times shown include the meals served comprised of the recipes prepared by the class. The meal is served 3 – 4 hours after the class start time. Please plan to eat something before coming to class.

ommodations are additional and are available at CasaLana B&B. If CasaLana is booked, accommodations are also available at other nearby B&Bs
