1-day Wine Country Class - Garden Harvest; Healthy and Flavorful

June 9: 5 hours, from 1:00pm to 6:00pm

If you think healthy recipe choices means that they are flavorless, think again! This class will teach you options for creating delicious and flavorful recipes with less fat and more flavor.
Using fresh, flavor-filled ingredients from the garden and market, our heart healthy menu will include items such as Endive stuffed with Spicy Red Pepper Spread; Roasted Vegetable Soup with Garlic Croutons Fish en Papillote with Julienned Vegetables and Fruit Salsa; Chocolate ‘Mousse’ with Raspberry Coulis; or other flavor filled options.

The class times shown includes the meal served comprised of the recipes prepared by the class. The meal is served 3 – 4 hours after the class start time. Please plan to eat something before coming to class.

Accommodations are additional and are available at CasaLana B&B. If CasaLana is booked, accommodations are also available at other nearby B&Bs
